  • Leadership Training to:
    • Get Millenials on board and up to speed to be productive employees.

  • Manager Group Coaching: Managers meet with a leadership coach twice per month over 3 months (6 one-hour sessions) to:
      • Reinforce skills learned during training.
      • Share experiences, ideas, and lessons learned in practicing leadership techniques with employees.

  • Implement action plan and track progress toward goals.

Conquer Stress” Workshop (4-Hour Workshop)

 

  • Recognize the symptoms, warning signs, and costs of stress.
  • Identify the biggest stressors in 10 different areas.
  • Create a customized action plan for stress reduction in specific targeted areas.
  • Implement techniques to increase productivity and focus under stress.
  • Learn strategies to break free from stress easily and permanently.
  • Assess the top 5 contributors of stress in the workplace (results provided to leadership)

 

“Understanding Preferences to Leverage Teamwork” Workshop (Full Day Workshop)

 

  • Understand Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step II personality type and its relationship to performance, team dynamics, and communication.
  • Understand Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation–Behavior™ (FIRO-B®) in interpersonal situations and the impact it has on other individuals and in team settings.
  • Understand preferred conflict mode (Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument™ (TKI)) and how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics.
  • Create an action plan for utilizing this information to improve team work & communication.
  • 1-hour follow-up meeting 30 days after class to review action plan progress and next steps.

 

“Situational Leadership II® Concepts” Workshop (3-Hour Workshop)

  • Learn the three skills of Situational Leader (Goal Setting, Diagnosing, and Matching).
  • Diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person, team, and the situation.
  • Complete the Leader Behavior Analysis II® (LBAII®) assessment to determine leadership flexibility and effectiveness.
  • Create an action plan for utilizing this information to improve leadership effectiveness.

1-hour follow-up meeting 30 days after class to review action
